Trevor brings to the business more than 40 years of experience in mining and civil construction both in New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific for Xstrata, HBS, Leighton and Downer.

Trevor has worked on exploration programs (copper/gold and nickel); open cut mining operations (coal, gold) in Australia and the South Pacific and quarry operations here in New Zealand. Trevor has in depth industry knowledge and an extensive network of passive candidates.

Trevor is based in New Zealand and consults to various mining and civil companies across Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific. He enjoys time with his family on the farm, fishing when he gets the chance and like all good kiwis loves his rugby.

Recruitment Consultant

Ashley comes with a background in customer service, with 15 years of experience in ticketing and retail. Most recently Ashley worked in the wholesale flower industry as a lead consultant in event flower purchasing for United Flower Growers Auckland.

Ashley has gained skills in research, IT, administration and small business management. Her ability to connect personally with a wide variety of clientele ensures she can confidently offer creative and individulised solutions for all needs.

Ashley is also based in New Zealand with networks across the Northland and Auckland regions. She appreciates a good cup of coffee in the morning and spending summer days at the beach with her family and friends.
